I have severe lower back pain and was hoping for some pain relief from this product, but did not get it. Might work for someone else, but did nothing for me.

Fast acting. Very nice mellow relaxation with just a small amount (quarter of the dropper). Most of my pain comes from tension and so that was alleviated.  Little to no impact on my ability to hold a conversation or complete tasks, which is nice. Took another .25 dose before bed and woke up feeling very rested and refreshed. 

This is quicker than a gummy but not as tasty. I felt like this was a super generic ‘high’. Good for anxiety or sleep or being a homebody. Kindly made me feel sleepy. 

My wife suffers from migraine headaches and uses this to help her wind down and go to sleep.

This product eliminates my (menopausal) hot flashes and mood swings. Helps with my  restless legs, and Is also a sleep aid. I take 1/2 dropper, and effects last Approx. 3 -5 hours.

My wife has major back pain after 3 back fusion surgeries, while this is not the perfect cure it did take the edge of and provide her with some comfort and relief. 

This is a good product. I especially like how I can take different amounts depending on the need. I most often  use the product for pain and anxiety relief, so I can get busy with all parts of living. :-)
