I have had sleep issues my entire life and after breaking a 15 year Benzo addiction to deal with insomnia, at my doctor's suggestion, I tried edibles. I alternate between the Breez tablets/spray and another product (Sensi Insomnia Chews with Melatonin, which are more expensive. You get more bang for your buck with Breez). I mix both Breez and Sensi Chews  with Kikoko's Sleep mints (just the right dose of CBN) and I have managed to stay off Benzos for 5 years and sleep an average of 8-9 hours a night. I highly recommend Breez products. They work and in terms of cost, if you take them regularly, the price point is the best I have found.  

Very Convenient And I’d Recommend starting with 10 Sprays (If You Hitting The Pen Here & There).If You Have A High Tolerance 20 Sprays

This is the most convenient and easy method of dosing I've ever found

One or two sprays can relax a person. Minty fresh feeling and taste all day. Enjoyed the Royal feeling.

I use this nightly for pain relief and relaxation. One spray in the late afternoon comes on slowly and then lasts well into bedtime. 


I appreciate this tincture very much. The only drawbacks I have found are if the spray bottle malfunctions or if the consistency of the product is off a little. Maybe my tolerance is going up a little, but sometimes is seems like one bottle has a different potency than another bottle. That said, I am a consistent user because I like to sleep at night.

I enjoyed!! I hope they get more in. This spray is super easy to use and is great when you’re not feeling the whole classic edible (brownie, cookie) routine.   I like oils(smeared on a vitamin c pill) or tinctures and sprays the best. This one has a vanilla minty flavor I think. I’d prefer normal vanilla but it’s still good. I like the 1000mg option. Awesome. Grab one up if you see it! Nice hybrid feel, kicks in fast. Doesn’t last overly long like an oil does. But that’s a good thing sometimes. Enjoy!

This is the only Breez spray that I will buy because it is the most concentrated, and I think this is a great product! 

My only complaint is, that I tend to use multiple sprays at once, and when I do *too* many, it can cause oil to start to drip from the nozzle down the container. I have no idea why, but it is not a dealbreaker and I will continue to use Breez Royal Mint Spray.

It helps me relax at the end of the day and make my knees ache less after workouts

It feels more like a sativa , not bad but im an avid edible  eater , so it could be the tolerance.

Smoke up first because it will take a while, but you will have royal minty breath. 

i take two sprays in the morning to snap out of depression.
it gets me unstuck after about 20 minutes, and i become the energizer bunny.
this is an inexpensive way to receive a lot of thc that lasts hours into the day.
i love it.

I have chronic pain so about 30mg a day gets rid of the pain and I don't feel sleepy.

It can take up to two hours, for full effect to come on, and last up to 8 hours. It says it on packaging, but didn’t realize how accurate that was.
