I give this to my 12yo Golden Retriever for ACL injuries to both back legs. It’s allowed him to heal while still being able to go on walks, which keeps his muscles from atrophying. I fill a pill pocket in the morning and again in the evening. 

Overall, I use the product to relax during stressful times and it works well.

Care By Design is a great product line, and this CBD-rich, non-psychotropic tincture is a go-to for me when I don't want the THC head high but need relief from my arthritis and a calming option.

This is a wonderful product for me - quick-acting pain relief, which in turn relieves anxiety, physical limitations and allows me to be productive despite injuries.  With this and Diclofenate Sodium ointment which I get at the local pharmacy, I am good to go.  That ointment is astonishingly effective.  So is this tincture 

eased my pain some what, saw some relief in 20 minutes.

good for anxiety when flying on an airplane. good for inflammation of recovering muscles. more relaxed and balanced when engaging with other people.

I did not get the results (pain free) that I had gotten with my previous bottle of Care by Design 18:1.  This tended to make me sleepy, eased the pain a little for a short time.  My previous bottle of the exactly same product  rid my pain completely for the rest of the evening.  Apparently the formula has changed in some way.
